This is not a special form of Yoga ‘created’ for Athletes. This is about using Yoga exercises and philosophy in a way that is beneficial to everyone that wants to enhance their physical abilities.
Yoga has a lot to offer wether you train for marathons or triathlons, bike races, are a gymnast or when you’re recovering from an injury.
During these sessions you will explore and experience how Yoga can help you find and keep your balance, both physically and spiritually.
We will work on finding flexibility, creating whole-body strength and explore how Yoga can be helpful during periods of recovery.
These sessions can be booked as privates or as a group. For groups of 8 to 12 people a three-day Intensive Workshop is also available. We will then dive deep into our own bodies and cover all the material you need to leave this intensive with a renewed focus and drive.
